Design inspiration
The Crush Sling shoulder bag made its debut at the Balenciaga Winter 23 show and is a new member of the Crush family. The biggest highlight of the new bag is that the thick chain shoulder strap is replaced with an adjustable leather handle . The short shoulder strap is more suitable for hand carrying and one-shoulder carrying, and also greatly reduces the weight of the bag.

From the Hourglass bag first launched in the winter 19 series to the seasonal updates of the Downtown, Crush and other bag series, design elements such as the arched base, curved flap, and B letter buckle have become the most iconic visual aesthetic symbols of Balenciaga bags.

Creative director Demna integrated the iconic Basque-Waist waist silhouette created by brand founder Cristóbal Balenciaga , transforming the graceful female figure into the body line of the bag, which is reminiscent of the iconic outline of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Tracing the brand's origins, it also injects a touch of romance into the bag.

After mini bags dominated the catwalks and street snaps for several seasons, the practical and imposing "big bags" have finally returned to the fashion world. This Crush large shoulder bag adopts an oversized silhouette of 39.8×24.8×14.9cm , continuing Balenciaga's consistent rebellious street style.
The bag is made of "paper leather" with soft nappa leather lining . The soft leather makes the large bag comfortable and fits the body, creating a casual and lazy style. The leather surface has a wrinkled texture, just like a film photo with a retro filter, which becomes more charming when worn.
The old silver B Logo metal buckle adds a finishing touch to the bag. The cowhide ring fixes the old-effect letter ring and adds a sense of agility. The hidden magnetic buckle can be easily opened by simply pulling up the buckle.
Compared to the previously released Crush chain bag, the new Crush Sling shoulder bag replaces the rugged metal chain with an adjustable leather shoulder strap , which is fixed to both sides of the flap through articulated metal rings. Not only is the bag much lighter, but the length can also be freely adjusted according to the needs of the style.

The bag uses a fresh and tranquil light green background, with white and yellow lily watercolor patterns printed on it , extending all the way to the bottom of the bag and the shoulder straps. The simple flowers and artistic blank space add a romantic and elegant atmosphere to the bag, forming a subtle balance with the strong aura created by the oversized bag.
The lily is the national flower of France and is often used as a heraldry pattern for royal aristocrats. It is regarded as a symbol of holiness and nobility. Lilies are also often painted together with the Virgin Mary in religious paintings of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.

What can this bag hold?
As an oversized bag, this Crush shoulder bag has a large storage space that is almost comparable to a gym bag, and it is easy to store a 13-inch laptop. The bag is lined with mint green lambskin with a very healing tone . It has a main compartment, front and back compartments, and a zipper compartment. The hand-painted oil edges in the same color highlight the exquisite details.
We put an iPad mini, a 320-page book, a GR camera, an umbrella, a passport holder, an iPhone, a hydrating spray, headphones, perfume, keys and other items in the bag. It is recommended not to put in too heavy items to avoid damaging the bag structure.
