Miu Miu's new Aventure handbag for autumn and winter 2024 is inspired by the classic bags from the 2000s. It adopts a delicate and small shell shape with elegant arched handles , and a leather strap across the bag as a finishing touch. The soft Nappa sheepskin bag body is rendered in a deep heather tone , exuding a retro bookish atmosphere.

Design inspiration

The Aventure handbag made its debut at the Miu Miu 2024 Fall/Winter show. The silhouette design is inspired by the doctor's bag popular in the 1940s . It features a shell-shaped silhouette with tubular leather double handles and a two-way zipper for easy access. The bag's name "Aventure" means "adventure" in Italian , which fits the rebellious image of the Miu Miu girl.

The bag is made of distressed Nappa leather . The heather-colored body with a medieval feel is paired with bronze metal accessories, injecting nostalgia into the bag.

The "shell" silhouette, which is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom , allows the bag to be placed stably. The smooth curved cut and tubular leather handles present a graceful architectural outline, and the metal feet prevent the bottom of the bag from being worn.
