Design inspiration
The Mini Luggage handbag made its debut at the LV 2019 Spring/Summer show. It borrowed the design of the Stratos suitcase from the 1930s , with a hard frame, Monogram canvas layer and VVN cowhide corners. The overall shape is a miniature suitcase.Unlike the LV classic hard case and Petite Malle small box, the Mini Luggage does not have a whole piece of wooden hard board inside the bag, but relies on leather and canvas to support the bag shape , so it has an advantage in weight. The weight of 680g is very friendly compared to its capacity.
Vintage Stratos suitcase, 1970s
Monogram canvas has always been a representative of classic and durable bag materials. It is light, wear-resistant and waterproof. It is also the most recognizable element of the LV brand.
The leather corners and straps are the most vintage details on this bag. The most classic VVN natural cowhide is used for the edges. The interior is padded to make the bag's structure stiffer and fuller. The same color stitching is low-key and stable. There are 4 round nails inlaid on the base of the bag , which can effectively reduce the wear and tear on the bottom of the bag.

The bag recreates the rounded rectangular silhouette of the Stratos suitcase from the 1930s, with fuller sides. The two-way zipper is designed with three sides and is decorated with two trapezoidal leather zipper loops.
There are soft suede gussets on both ends of the zipper , which can be extended and closed at an angle of about 45° to just access your bag items and avoid spills.
Lock details
As a mini bag, it comes with a padlock and key . Simply pull the two-way zipper together at the top and snap on the gold metal padlock etched with the LV logo to lock the bag securely.
The key is hidden in a hidden and clever position. The shield-shaped leather pendant hanging on the handle is not only a decoration, but also a key cover for two small golden keys. The key surface is engraved with the same three-digit code as the padlock to ensure the compatibility of the key lock.
