The Clutch Box small hard case made its debut in the Louis Vuitton 2020 Spring/Summer Men's Collection. Louis Vuitton first launched the Clutch Box at the 2018 Fall/Winter Men's Fashion Show . Designed by Kim Jones, then creative director of men's wear, the Clutch Box was inspired by the brand's classic travel suitcases and inherited the design concept of the Petite Malle small hard case in the women's series.

In 1858, Louis Vuitton launched the world's first flat trunk , which uses lightweight and wear-resistant waterproof canvas as the outer skin and a poplar wood frame. It is lightweight and easy to stack and transport, and is very popular among travelers. The Clutch Box looks like a miniature suitcase, with a collection of vintage locks, metal corners, leather trims and other craftsmanship details on the small package. The Trunk suitcase is reinforced with beech wood strips and rivets to make the structure more solid. The Clutch Box has evolved it into a black smooth calfskin strip trim and inlaid with round rivets.

The main body of the bag is covered with Monogram Eclipse coated canvas , which continues the advantages of being light and waterproof . Monogram Eclipse made its debut at the 2016 Men's Autumn and Winter Collection fashion show. It is based on gray-black coated canvas and embellished with light gray Monogram patterns. The gray-black color scheme is quite elegant and gentlemanly.

· Lock and corner wrap

The bag's hardware is made of silver metal , a cool color that matches the black and gray coated canvas style. The buckle design is an evolution of the classic Tumbler lock, and the spring buckle is simplified to a more convenient buckle opening and closing method.

Louis Vuitton invented the "Tumbler lock" system with two spring buckles in 1886 , and customized private locks with special numbers for customers. All suitcases of each guest can be opened and closed with the same key. This system is still used today.

The angular hard luggage has 8 sharp corners. The corner design can make the corners round and smooth, not easy to bump and more sturdy.

· Removable and adjustable shoulder strap·

This bag is named "Clutch". After removing the shoulder strap, it can be used as a clutch , but we recommend shoulder or crossbody. The shoulder strap is made of black cowhide , and the top shoulder pad can be adjusted according to needs, making it more comfortable to carry. It has multiple adjustment buckles, the shortest half-length is 49 cm , and the longest is 57 cm .

What can this bag hold?

The small box has a zippered compartment inside that can be used to store mobile phones and receipts. The accordion gussets on both sides can be extended and closed at an angle of about 45°, making it easy to access items in the bag and prevent spills.
