Design inspiration
The NéoNoé handbag was born in 2017. It was redesigned based on the classic Noé bucket bag . It retained the bucket structure and drawstring design, simplified the drawstring buckle to a drawstring buckle that is easier to open and close, and added a zipper compartment inside to divide the bag into two spaces.

The Noé handbag is the first bucket bag in the fashion industry . Its history can be traced back to 1932. A champagne merchant asked Louis Vuitton to customize a carry-on bag that could hold 5 bottles of champagne. Gaston Louis Vuitton therefore designed this bucket-shaped handbag. The name Noé comes from the character "Noah"in the Book of Genesis in the Bible , who built Noah's Ark and took the creatures on Earth to escape the flood. After the flood receded, Noah began to plant grapes and make wine on Mount Ararat and lived a farmer's life.

The bag is tied with a leather drawstring, and the semi-open structure looks like a blooming flower from the top. In fact, this drawstring design was originally designed to reinforce the champagne bottle placed inside so that it would not shake or spill. Compared with the 8-hole drawstring design of the Noé handbag, the drawstring of the NéoNoé is reduced to 4 holes, and is reinforced with leather buckles on both sides of the bag to prevent it from slipping. The front lace is simplified to a drawstring design, which is easy to operate with one hand, and the two naturally hanging pink drawstrings also add smart details to the bag.
Damier Azur Checkerboard
The bag is made of Damier Azur white checkerboard canvas, embellished with cherry pink cowhide drawstrings and shoulder straps. The color combination is refreshing and recognizable, especially suitable for hot and rainy summers. It is not only cool but also waterproof. Damier checkerboard was designed by Louis Vuitton and Georges Vuitton in 1888 , the same year as the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The first version of Damier checkerboard used brown and beige squares, with the "Marque L. Vuitton déposée" trademark printed at intervals to avoid plagiarism and imitation. It is also Louis Vutton's first registered patent design .

To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Damier checkerboard, the checkerboard pattern was reintroduced into the Damier Ebène canvas, which was redesigned in 1998, and new colors such as Damier Azur white checkerboard and Damier Graphite black checkerboard were launched later.
Damier Azur is a coated canvas fabric that is lightweight, waterproof, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant , making it particularly useful for people who travel frequently. The seams are smooth and delicate, and the neat and smooth lines of the same color seem invisible, revealing the fine craftsmanship in the details.

The bag comes with a detachable natural cowhide shoulder strap . Simply hook the metal spring buckle on the rings on both sides of the bag to transform it from a "small bucket" into a young and casual shoulder bag , which is very suitable for daily shopping or commuting.
The polished brass spring hooks and round snaps on both sides of the shoulder strap are engraved with the Louis Vuitton logo, which is a low-key and exquisite detail design.
The length of the shoulder strap is very cleverly adjusted , with double layers of leather stacked and secured with snaps and belt buckles. Open the snaps, slide the inner layer of leather upwards and connect it to the top, and it will transform into a slender shoulder strap . The flexible and changeable style meets the needs of modern urban women.
What can this bag hold?
The lining is made of gentle light pink microfiber suede , and the black oil edge outlines the bag opening. When opened, the silhouette naturally presents a wavy arc, and when viewed from above, it looks like a soft and blooming cherry blossom.
The handbag is designed with a built-in zipper compartment , which divides the bag into two spaces. It not only meets the needs of storage and classification, but also plays a role in fixing the shape of the bag.
NÉONOÉ can easily hold 5 bottles of champagne, and its internal capacity speaks for itself. We put a pair of Airpods and a small bottle of perfume in the zipper compartment, and a camera, a coin purse, a mobile phone, a lipstick, a powder and a book in the large compartment.
